A number of things helped us secure our new house in Spain in record time. 1). Lucy was knowledgeable about the market. 2). She listened!! Then showed us properties that did not waste our time. 3) She made viewings, some with other agents properties quickly and assisted us in getting to see as many properties as possible. 4). She liaised and oiled the wheels so we could complete the deal quickly and didn’t take her eye off the ball!! So a big 10/10 from us!
