Tucked between the charm of Estepona and the exclusivity of Sotogrande, La Perla de la Bahía is a hidden gem on the Costa del Sol that blends Moorish-Andalusian architecture with modern coastal luxury. This frontline Casares Costa beach development offers a unique lifestyle, peaceful, elegant, and surrounded by lush tropical gardens and the gentle sound of the Mediterranean just steps away.

A FEW MORE DETAILS

La Perla de la Bahía has received excellent reviews for its comfort, peaceful surroundings, and quality finishes. Visitors frequently highlight the location, the beachside setting, and how well-maintained the complex is. It’s no wonder properties here are in high demand for both holiday lets and full-time living.
Next door to La Perla de la Bahia is The Finca Cortesin Beach Club.

WHERE IS LA PERLA DE LA BAHIA?

Casares Costa is known for its natural beauty and tranquility. Just steps from Blue Flag beaches and the historic Torre de la Sal, this area is ideal for those who crave a slower pace of life, without compromising on access to top golf courses, beach restaurants, and international airports (only 30–45 minutes to Málaga or Gibraltar).

La Duquesa, within minutes of La Perla de la Bahia,
is located on the western coast of the Costa del Sol within the Malaga Province, and just a few kilometres away Cadiz Province. It is the quieter end of the Costa del Sol with development in the area not truly growing until the late 90´s, – early 2000´s. And then of course the recession hit and development stopped. Once it started again around 5 years ago, lessons had been learned and the area remains low rise and green & fairly quiet. We have a close community with full time residents of mixed culutures and tend be a commuter town for Gibraltar workers.

Our nearest big town is Estepona with a population of around 76,000, a bustling Spanish town with a beautiful traditional town centre filled with boutiques, restaurants and cafes. To the west of La Duquesa is Sotogrande, with a beautiful Marina and bags of sporting activities to be had. La Duquesa itself has a beautiful Marina, one of the prettiest on the coast, it´s neighbour is Sabinillas, a very Spanish coastal town and where most amenities are found, banks, supermarkets and the Health Centre. We have Manilva, the white pueblo just a few mintues from the coast and Castillos, is the Roman hamlet, snuggled on the coast and a few minutes stroll along the promenade from Duquesa Port.
