THE BASICS

Las Colinas de La Duquesa is in a really convenient location, front line of the Duquesa Golf course and walking distance to the port.

A FEW MORE DETAILS

Las Colinas has a distinct entrance with Moroccan style wooden beamed ceiling. It consists of 86 apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms and all with two bathrooms. The ground floor apartments have super large terraces and the lower ground floor have private gardens.

The penthouse apartments have large sun roof solariums. All apartments have private underground parking spaces with individual storage units.

The apartments in Las Colinas de la Duquesa have stood the test of time and still look modern and fresh with ivory cream marble flooring, fully fitted large kitchens, hot and cold ducted air conditioning and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with fitted built in wardrobes. The second bedrooms tend to have walk in wardrobes.

Las Colinas de la Duquesa has a communal pool with lovely western views to the Duquesa Golf course, Manilva pueblo and the mountains.

WHERE IS LAS COLINAS DE LA DUQUESA

La Duquesa is located on the western coast of the Costa del Sol within the Malaga Province, and just a few kilometres away Cadiz Province. It is the quieter end of the Costa del Sol with development in the area not truly growing until the late 90´s, – early 2000´s. And then of course the recession hit and development stopped. Once it started again around 5 years ago, lessons had been learned and the area remains low rise and green & fairly quiet. We have a close community with full time residents of mixed culutures and tend be a commuter town for Gibraltar workers.

Our nearest big town is Estepona with a population of around 76,000, a bustling Spanish town with a beautiful traditional town centre filled with boutiques, restaurants and cafes. To the west of La Duquesa is Sotogrande, with a beautiful Marina and bags of sporting activities to be had. La Duquesa itself has a beautiful Marina, one of the prettiest on the coast, it´s neighbour is Sabinillas, a very Spanish coastal town and where most amenities are found, banks, supermarkets and the Health Centre. We have Manilva, the white pueblo just a few mintues from the coast and Castillos, is the Roman hamlet, snuggled on the coast and a few minutes stroll along the promenade from Duquesa Port.
