The Solheim Cup is the pinnacle of  the Womens Golf Teams competition. This fiercely fought battle between America and Europe showcases the very best of Womens Golf professional players. 

Teams are selected from results in the European competitions and Rolex World Rankings plus a Captain choice selection. Official team selections will be announced nearer the time of the competition but they are guaranteed to be the very best players from throughout Europe and America.

THE VENUE

Finca Cortesin is an independent luxury golf, hotel and spa destination. Located right here in Casares. This stunning resort overlooks the Mediterranean to one side and the Casares Mountains to the other.

Opened in March 2006 and set across 532 acres, Finca Cortesin is home to world-class facilities include an elegant 67-suite hotel, Hotel Cortesin, a magnificent 18-hole championship golf course, a 6,000sqm Beach Club and an award-winning spa.

THE COURSE

Finca Cortesin is globally renowned for providing one of Europe’s most unforgettable golf experiences and is rated among Spain’s best golf courses.

Cabell B. Robinson’s course design and Gerald Huggan’s attractive landscaping capture the natural characteristics of the area. The immaculate Bermuda grass fairways and impeccable greens have already meant that Finca Cortesin has been home to the Volvo World Match play tournament and now the Solheim Cup 2023.

Tickets are currently available for practice rounds from 25€ and competition days from 70€ and are available now.
